Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship products to designated regions only. The estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days after shipment. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, logistics peak season or other uncontrollable factors.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You can check the logistics status online at any time.
Customs and Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes and additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not be liable for package detention caused by local customs regulations.
Delivery Rules
Please fill in the correct and complete delivery address. If delivery fails due to wrong address, unreachable contact information or customer refusal to receive, the shipping fee will not be refunded and reshipment is not supported.
